Holiday home on Perdido Key Florida, USA
The photos show various views of our home on Perdido Key.
There is a total of approx 1325 square feet (123.1 square meters). We have 2 bedrooms and two baths. The master bath is en suite.
The private patio is large and has a large dining table seating six and a chaise. It is accessable via the Livng Room and the Master Bedroom.
We are in the Sandy Key condominium complex. New construction completed March 2007. See http://www.sandykey.com/
We have a new entertainment system with a 55 inch flat panel TV featuring 3D capabilities, a DVR, a blue ray DVD player, and a sound bar. The cable has many viewing channels.
There is WIFI available which also connects to the TV to allow large screen internet and computer usage.
You can see from the photos that we are very close to the Gulf of Mexico. Let the sound of the surf lull you into sleep.
Beach crowds are infrequent. The beaches are pristine. The sand is referred to as "Sugar Sand"; it is crystaline and will not burn your feet.
We are fully equipped with a Tennis Court, a Hot Tub, 2 Swimming pools (one heated in the winter), and a work out room or gym.
Depending on the time of year sunsets are visable from the Patio and sunrises all year long.
You can dine in the dining room, on the patio or at the breakfast bar.
We love it here and think that you will also.
