House in Athens - Glyfada(seaside) , Greece Madrid (2w) or Sevilla(1w)for Sept.-Oct.

A small studio for 2 persons , which is located in the garden of the building where I live. Very quiet area , near to the beach (20 min walking) and 15 min by metro to reach the center of Athens, Museum of Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma Sq.
Glyfada is very nice place on the sea with lots of bars, restaurants, night clubs, nice food and cloth market.
I am open to simultaneous and non-simultaneous exchange and places with good transportation . I don't want to use a car.
