7 Miles SW of Bristol , standing in an acre of its own grounds on the main road to the coastal resort Weston super Mare . Our house is on the edge of Backwell village , with fields on two sides , and surrounded by trees. There are 3 upstairs double bedrooms available , a study/bedroom & 3 bathrooms .Downstairs are living, dining, kitchen/diner , study,meditation room- all with high ceilings. There is also a large conservatory leading off the dining room , and further downstairs the spa -steam room, infra red sauna, electric massage bed & the third bathroom with shower & toilet . This downstairs area leads out onto the garden as does the utility at the side .
Our general style is busy, cluttered & practical - i.e not a show home . Downsizing & simplification comes later , when we have less life to live . We still haven't finished redecorating since retiring back to UK in 2011.
The garden close to the house was landscaped in 2013 , but the plants aren't up to scratch yet .
All usual kitchen/household electrics & washing stuff . No airconditioning & no pool either - this is England remember ! Wait for global warming to kick in . Meanwhile , oil central heating ,solar panels and immersionheater.

and German satellite programs . Lots of maps & guide books too .
