Sea, sun and even snow : that's the French Riviera ! Nice flat in a luxury residence

Our home is a nice small flat, at the 3rd floor of a luxury residence, in the very quiet and chic disctrict of "Cimiez". You are at only 10 mn walk from downtown and the world famous "Promenade des Anglais" (the sea shore).
The flat itself has one bedroom for 3 people, one kitchen, one living room and one spacious terrace. It's neat and very well maintained. Everything is new. It has air conditioning, computer with WiFi internet, and very good beds. A 4th person can easily sleep on the very comfortable couch in the living room, if needed, even if the flat is best suited for 3 people.
There is also a lift and a garage in the residence. We can trade cars if you need to.
The public transportation are good, the buses pass nearby, and the central train station is at 10mn walk.
The flat is available during french school holidays, even for rent if you don't want to exchange. Enjoy ! :-)
