Modern home with garden in city centre of The Hague, quiet and centrally located

Our modern home is comfortable and spacious. We have a little but quiet and sunny garden. Behind our garden you will have your own parking place. In the front of our home there is no traffic and children can play freely at the street, and where we have a sit.
Our grand kitchen (ground floor) offers all you would need including a good espresso machine. The living room (1st floor) is spacious and light. Second floor we have our bedroom with twin bed, sleeping room for our youngest and bathroom. Top floor offers two children rooms with sofa (extra bed) and a second bathroom with a tub.
And like almost all the dutch people, we have a couple of bikes (including a special tandem - bike) you can easily use to discover the surrounding! Ideally located as a holiday - home.

Centrally located in the city center but in the meanwhile it's a very quit area and street.

Walking distance from among others canals, nice shops, restaurants, pub, musea, art -galleries and park. Railway station is on 5 minutes walking distance from our home.
In 20 minutes, by bike, tram or car, you will be at the sand beach (Scheveningen).
