A traditional English seaside holiday on the South Coast!
🌟🌟We have availability in October 2023 - we want to go to Disneyland Paris.🌟🌟
🌟🌟Other than October, our house swaps are finalised for the year.🌟🌟

There’s plenty to do in Sunny Worthing!
Take a stroll from the house to the beach, grab some fish and chips and an ice cream, play at the amusement arcade, walk along the pier, go for a swim, and watch the sun set over the water.
Worthing has so much in terms of entertainment - 2 cinemas, a bowling alley, a modern swimming pool, go-karting, watersports, theatres, a museum, pottery painting, escape rooms, shopping, bike hire and plenty of children’s playgrounds.
We also have some amazing restaurants, cafés and pubs!
Put on your walking boots and explore the beauty of South Downs. We are very close to Cissbury Ring - an Iron Age fort with fantastic views and a herd of grazing wild ponies!
For a nice dose of history, Arundel Castle is just a short car trip away (8miles/13km).
Also a great base for visiting Brighton (11miles/18km).
Fantastically placed for day trips to London, Brighton, Chichester, Southampton and Portsmouth. We are very close to the train station and there are direct trains to all these places - it’s so easy!
There really is something for all ages and all budgets. We're happy to give you suggestions.
We live in a typical English 1930s house:

Utility Room/downstairs toilet - with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs bathroom - toilet and a bath with shower over.
Bedroom 1 (downstairs): sleeps 2 (1x king size bed)
Bedroom 2: sleeps 2 (1x double bed)
Bedroom 3: sleeps 3 (1x single bed, 1x bunk bed)

About Our Family
Hi!
We are James and Sally and our two children (11 and 8).
Sometimes it may just be one of us staying with the kids with perhaps some adult friends for company. We have another small apartment in Brighton where James or I would stay for work while you are visiting the house :)
For most of the year we host teenage language students from all over the world so we are very used to having visitors in our home!
We love home exchanges and are always respectful of the property :)
We’d love to visit places in England this year during the school holidays. Even if you're not too far away we might be interested!
We have two little cats called Pebbles and Betty. They have a cat flap and an automatic feeding machine.
