A large, beautiful house with a huge garden under oak trees. Vineyards in sight.

The house is contemporary, matching with the Provencal style; it is quiet, stands on an approximately 4000 square meter well-groomed terrain with truffle oaks and an unobstructed view of the Rhone Valley and the Ardèche. The distance to the village with good grocery and butcher is 1 km. A wide variety of excursions: the castles of the Drôme, the winemakers of the Côtes du Rhône, the Ardèche, Vaison-La-Romaine, Orange, Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, le Vercors, les Baronniers, le Mont Ventoux and Les Dentelles de Montmirail, the "Chauvet" - Grotto. Four golf courses in 15-45 minutes by car. For cyclists there are the well marked trails 'La Drôme en velo'. Petanque and badminton too. Water lovers find their paradise on and in the Ardèche and the Sorgue. The numerous markets, the fine small restaurants and the Michelin-Star-Cooks of the region invite to culinary discoveries! Provencal cuisine in abundance. Free tennis court in the village, massage, reflexology, face care 5 'on foot from the house.
My main residence in Brussels (5 sleeps, 3 bathrooms) is open to exchange too. Photos on request.
