Family flat, fifteen minutes to the city center, great for families with children or pets
We live at a calmer side of Prague about 15 minutes from the city center. The flat has 87 meters squared + 8 meters squared of balcony. It has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, toilet and bathroom. The house was build in 1950s but the flat was completely reconstructed. The flat is surrounded by large park for children + by nature that leads to outskirts of Prague. At the same time, we have a bus stop nearby and the nearest underground is 2 stops from here. I would recommend this flat for someone who does not necessarily want to be in the middle of the noisy center but who still wants to have good proximity while having parks around for kids or for longer walks. We can provide a car and based on your needs, we can fulfil the fridge. We have one child so we have equipment for the youngest ones and we have a dog (who would not travel with us), so we have dog equipment too.
Czech Republic is famous for beer production, we have a nearby brewery where I can buy some beer for tasting, we also have a very small winery industry so it is not a problem to prepare some good tasting white wine.

Neighborhood
About the neighborhood
We have one park about 1 km wide and 500 meters long that is suitable for children. It has a lot of playgrounds, technical games (pump your water slide, echo pipelines etc.). There is also a park leading towards the end of Prague, so if you like longer walks or riding a bike, you can do it too. At the same time, there is a a tram stop (10 minutes walks) that goes to the city center (15 minutes) or bus stop (2 minutes) that goes to the nearest subway. The neighborhood is rather quiet, yet surrounded by other buildings, roads etc.

We exchanged our flat with Silvia just for 4 days as we live nearby (3,5 hours by car) so it was not a full 2-week exchange, but the location was great, the house clean, the communication excellent. I have really nothing to say, they were great people with very beautiful house, about 10-15 minutes away from the hearth of the lakes in Austria. I would definitely go again.

Bob and Ivona's apartment is perfect for a family or some friends as it was in our case. Itr is very nice, confortable, practical, sunny. It has everything is needed in a home, the balcony is really nice. The neighbourgs are very friendly and helpful and the area is nice, very green, supermarket is just 5 min walk. It is a very well served area: the public transports work perfectly. In max 20 min you can be in the city center. Bob, Ivona and Federica are really nice, always ready to give solutions, tips, advices. We were in constant contact and they always answered to any questions/problems/requests. They have been extremely proper in the exchange: they have enjoyed the place following many advices, the house was as I left it as was the car. They are also really funny: sharing photos, videos, experiences, beautiful places! I recommend them as a family, they're very cool!
Giulia was very communicative and great person. The house exceeded our expectations, it was quite big and clean. The town itself was great and relaxing.
