Our 2,000 sq. ft. home is bright with large bay window to front and glass patio doors to rear garden, ornamental pond and patio. Open plan living/dining room and spacious modern kitchen. Three doubles and one single bedroom.
Ranelagh is a buzzing village with numerous excellent restaurants, pubs and shops. 3km from the centre of Dublin, Beechwood tram stop is 50m from the house and there is free parking at the house. We also have a holiday home in Westport Co. Mayo and a non simultaneous swap is possible.

Ranelagh is 3km from the city centre. At our doorstep is the renowned Morton's supermarket and delicatessen, coffee shops, newsagents, pharmacy and Peperina Restaurant. The village of Ranelagh is a 5 minutes walk and boasts some of the finest restaurants and pubs in Dublin. There are several nearby parks and walks by the river Dodder. Beechwood Luas (tram) stop just around the corner will bring you to St. Stephen's Green and Grafton St., the main pedestrian street in Dublin city in less than 10 minutes.

We are a couple with four adult sons. All the boys have moved on from the family home but some occasionally return back to stay with us. We love to travel and see new places and cultures. We like interesting cities, beautiful scenery, music, walking, history, art, science, good food and fine wines.
