3 Bedroom Flat at Alte Donau (Lake) in Vienna
We live in a quiet single-family home neighborhood in a 120 m² apartment. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a toilet, and the entrance area. From here, you can access the garden (about 100 m²), which has plum and fig trees as well as a variety of berries.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are three rooms: two bedrooms with king-size beds and an office with a sofa bed (you can see it in the photo with the red couch). From the office, you can step out onto the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the Alte Donau – one of Vienna’s best spots for swimming.
The bathroom with a bathtub is also located on the upper floor.
We have a cat named Billie who is very independent and spends a lot of time outside. Visitors would need to feed her twice a day. Billie is not allowed on the beds.

About the neighborhood
We live in Vienna’s 22nd district, directly by the Alte Donau. Between our garden and the water there is only a quiet pedestrian path – no cars. It's a peaceful and green area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.
We love cycling and have two e-bikes as well as several regular bikes available. Public transport connections are excellent: by bike, it takes just 5 minutes to reach the U1 subway line, and from there it’s only a 10-minute ride to Stephansplatz – the very heart of Vienna.

I am 28 years old an i was born in vienna austria. I have done several excanges with my family already (we have had exchanges to canada italy sweden amsterdam …)
Now i have my first own flat and i want to make home exchanges by my own :)
