Modern appartment in Montreal, Canada

We live on a small island 5 min. from downtown Montreal. Our condo/apartment is located on the 14th floor and has a beautiful view of downtown and the St-Lawrence River.

Our one bedroom apartment has been recently renovated. It is very modern and has lots of light. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. We have wifi in the apartment.

We have an indoor and an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, 3 tennis courts, squash court and beautiful riverside garden for you to enjoy.

Our complex is located close to shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and a weekly farmers market is just 5 min. walk from our condo. The bus stop to go downtown is just across the street from our building. You can also bike downtown.

Montreal is a vibrant city with many cultural events, festivals, fireworks and music!!

So why Montréal is so great ?

Named UNESCO City of Design, Montreal is cosmopolitan, safe, creative and it offers a blend of Europe and modern America, and it's an incredible place to shop, eat, and enjoy nightlife at its best. Montreal also has the world's largest underground shopping mall network, so make sure to experience more than 33 km (20 miles) of tunnels linking thousands of boutiques, hotels, restaurants, universities, clubs, dozens of office buildings and attractions. Montreal also has the highest number of university students per capita in North America (including Boston, the intellectual capital of the U.S.) and this advantage is one of the reasons our city is young and vibrant. Last but not least, Montrealers are open to the world and speak both French and English.

Canada is also a paradise for nature lovers! Within 1 hour of Montreal, you are in the mountains where you can hike, bike, swim in a lake, canoe, sail, fish, ski, snowshoe, etc. Many short trips can be made from Montreal, including Ottawa (Canada's capital) @2 hours from Montreal, and beautiful Quebec city @2h30. Our USA neighbour is 1 hour south from Montreal, and Vermont / New York states are easily accessible.

Come to Montreal, and you will understand why everyone loves this city !
