Terrace with a million dollar view 100 meters from the beach
Our home in Croatia has a gorgeous view of the Croatian coast, Velebit mountain and several islands. We have view of the sea from every single window in the home and the view is the best from our favourite spot, the terrace.
Our backyard is also a nice spot to relax if you do not feel like going to the beach which is only 5-10 minute walking distance.
Regrettably we do not have pictures of the interior as we have just recently decided to offer our Croatian vacation home for the exchange.
We will have photos after we visit it this summer.
The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom with a washing machine, living room and kitchen with large terrace.
We also have a beautiful garden with a stone-built barbecue/oven and a lots of space to sit in the shade of large pine trees and have a meal (dine al fresco) enjoying sea view.
There is also an outside shower incorporated in a beautiful stone wall providing privacy.

Neighborhood
About the neighborhood
Our home in Croatia is in Tkon on Pašman island with numerous hiking trails with breathtaking views of Adriatic. It is ideal for exploring Croatian coast (Zadar, Kornati Islands, Skradin, Krka National Park, Šibenik, Trogir, Primošten, Split and even Dubrovnik).
It is in Tkon on island Pašman. A 15-minute beautiful trip by ferry will take you from Tkon to Biograd from which you can travel by car to any of the above places.
Pašman is connected by bridge to island Ugljan. Preko is a small and beautiful town on Ugljan (worth visiting and spending a day in Preko) from which you can take fast boat to Zadar city center (don’t need a car there so you could leave car in Preko) or you can take ferry to Zadar’s ferry port (not city center) either with car or without it and take a day trip to one of other Croatian islands (for example, Dragan and I went on a day trip without a car to beautiful island Rab last year. We absolutely loved it). You can even take an overnight trip by ferry to Ancona in Italy.
The nearest airport is in Zadar from which you can take a ferry to Preko on island Ugljan and drive to Tkon or drive from Zadar to Biograd and take a ferry from Biograd to Tkon.
Another option is to fly to Zagreb and drive down to Biograd. This is a great option if you would like to visit Zagreb and beautiful Plitvice National Park (not to be missed) though it is also possible to take an excursion to Plitvice from Biograd or Zadar.
On the island you don't need a car but you do need it if you would like to travel and explore other parts of Pašman and Ugljan as well as other parts of Adriatic coast.
Nearest Airport: Zadar

We came back to Intervac after the break of several years and are glad we are back.
Our main interest this coming summer is to visit North Italy or big cities such as Berlin, Barcelona, Madrid. We prefer to exchange with families who live in the city centre or with excellent connection to the centre.
My husband work is in architecture and I am a psychiatrist. Our daughter is 30 and will not travel with us. She and my husband both sing and play guitar. Dragan also teaches karate. We all love skiing.
I play volleyball and run regularly.
We all love reading and watching movies.
If you are going on a few days trip our neighbors will be happy to pick up our mail and newspaper.
We will take care of your house the way we would of ours and expect the same of you. Accidents may happen to anybody – if it happens we would prefer to hear it from you rather than to discover it ourselves later on.
