Looking for an exchange in Italy for 10 days to 2 weeks. Rome or by the coast. Non-simultaneous also possible, but we need to travel these weeks.

Lovely and spaceous flat on the top of Stockholm

Enjoy our two-floor apartment (165 sqm) with a marvellous view over Stockholm. The flat is on the 12th floor with two balconys. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of them with shower and the other one with a sauna. Between these rooms is our tv-room with tv/dvd/appleTV and a roof-top-window. One balcony here.
On first floor there's a large kitchen and a spaceous livingroom with fireplace, piano and a cosy balcony where you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine or a cup of tea. Warm evenings go for a swim in Lake Trekanten only 250 steps from our house.
DVD, Xbox 360 Kinect, wireless internet, piano, a lot of books, music and games.

Our home is perfectly situated for exploring Stockholm by bike. For longer journeys buses, tram and subway are on some minutes walking distance. You can also use our car if we agree on doing that.
We prefer travelling on school holidays, but are also longer weekends during the year.
