About the neighborhood
Modena is in the central north of Italy, it's small green city.
It has a very nice historic center and a very beautiful romanic cathedral. It has a lot of bicycle lane and many public parks.
If you are a fun of motoring then it's your city. 2 min. from the house you can find Maserati Factory and Enzo Ferrari Museum; surrounding the city (Maranello, 20km) you can find Ferrari factory and museum, (S.Agata Bolognese, 30km) Lamborghini factories.
Our area is full of interesting places to visit, because is in strategic position in the nord of Modena is 30 min. from Bologna and Parma; it is about 1 hour from Verona and Garda Lake; 1,5 hours from Florence, Padova, 2 hours from Venice, Milan, Rimini. Rome is 3 hours by fast train.
At 1 hour from Modena there is Appennino mountain, quiet, fresh mountains, with rivers and little lakes.
If you are a lover of good food, you can taste Emilia cooking, this city is ideal for you.
