the cabin shares land with about 25 other stand alone cabins in a community called "Lemmon Lodge"- walk to the lake/walk to town

This is a short walk passed about 6 cabins, where the river meets the lake - fishing, canoeing, hiking abound!

Beautiful Mountain House/Cabin in Colorado on the Lake

In the summer, head out onto the lake for some stand up paddle boarding, boating, waterskiing or fishing. Walk to town for homemade ice-cream and BINGO in the town square.

In the winter ski your heart out... Mary Jane, Winter Park, all within a 30 minute drive. Granby Ranch skiing is just 20 minutes away. Hundreds of miles of Nordic Skiing, right out your front door!
