Our location in Rose Bay, a tranquil harbourside suburb with a village atmosphere, is served with all services including bus, ferry, pub, cafes and restaurants, supermarket and specialty shops. The famous Bondi Beach with its seaside lifestyle is a ten minute drive away. A ten minute scenic ferry ride brings you into the Sydney CBD, Opera House and other tourist attractions.

Our home is a three bedroom sunny apartment in a small security block of eight. Our apartment is on the first floor. There is a lift and secure garage We are situated in a quiet street close to city and beach transport.

The main bedroom has a new en suite bathroom with balcony. This room has a king size bed, with large wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds with another wardrobe, shelving and chest of drawers. The third bedroom /study has a double sofa bed, a large screen TV, computer desk, and wardrobe. There is a comfortably furnished spacious lounge with baby grand piano. The combined dining room, has another balcony with a gas bbq, seating 8/10 outside. The open plan kitchen off the dining area is brand new, with microwave, large oven and dishwasher, double sink, and large fridge.

The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower stall. The laundry room holds a new washing machine and dryer.
