We live in a small village just 3km from the North Wales town of Ruthin in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The house offers panoramic views of the Vale of Clwyd through the first floor lounge with balcony. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bathrooms. The local village pub is 500 metres away and Ruthin offers a good range of shops including a supermarket, cafes, bakeries, pubs, restaurants and a large craft centre. The North Wales coast is a 30 minute drive away, as is the city of Chester with its city walls and Roman relics.
