Penthouse in the vibrant NoLo district

Our penthouse is located in the NoLo district, a lively and creative area full of cafés, restaurants, and small independent shops, yet in a quiet and peaceful position. We're just steps away from Parco Trotter and a few minutes’ walk from two M1 metro stations, which offer easy access to the city center.
The apartment consists of:
- an entrance hall and a spacious open-plan living area with a kitchen island, fireplace, and dining table;
- one master bedroom and one single bedroom;
- two bathrooms (one with a large walk-in shower, the other with both shower and bathtub);
- two terraces on the main floor (about 30 sqm each) and a large rooftop terrace (90 sqm), ideal for outdoor dining or sunbathing, equipped with a table and lounge seating. All terraces are surrounded by lush potted greenery and planters.
The atmosphere is warm and lived-in, perfect for families or couples. The home is bright, well-organized, and carefully designed, with a contemporary style enriched by personal and creative touches.
We live with three friendly cats who are part of our family :)
Included amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, barbecue, elevator, and private parking space.

Our Neighbourhood

NoLo is one of the most vibrant and rapidly evolving neighborhoods in Milan. Multicultural, creative, and full of energy, it’s known for its independent restaurants, artistic cafés, small galleries, and lively nightlife.
Although it's close to the city center and well connected, with two metro stops just a short walk away, it retains an authentic and relaxed atmosphere. Just minutes away is Parco Trotter, one of the city’s most charming and historic parks, perfect for walks and outdoor play. The neighborhood is also well connected to Milano Centrale train station and served by the M1 metro line and tram line 1, which runs across the city.

Lifestyle

We are a family made up of two dads and a young, curious, and open-minded child. We live in the NoLo district of Milan, a vibrant and multicultural neighborhood that truly feels like home to us.
We’re very active in local life: we take part in community initiatives, enjoy meeting people, contributing to neighborhood projects, and experiencing our urban environment with care and attention.
We love to travel, whether exploring art cities or immersing ourselves in nature. We seek out authentic places rich in beauty, culture, and human connection. We’re passionate about good food, both tasting and cooking it, and we enjoy discovering new flavors wherever we go.

For us, home exchange is a wonderful opportunity to discover new ways of living, to experience different neighborhoods as residents rather than tourists, and to share our own way of inhabiting a place with those who approach it with care and curiosity.
