All facilities within walking distance and excellent public transport 5-10 minutes' walk away. Main bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower and toilet. Second bedroom with twin beds that can be pushed together or separated. Small balcony sunny almost all day with a view of the tree-lined university grounds.

About the neighborhood

Lively university town very popular with Erasmus students, particularly from France. There is a range of supermarkets and groceries including an outstanding fishmonger and an excellent greengrocer. Wide range of restaurants, cafes and pubs. Buses and trains to Dublin every 30 minutes.
Lovely walks in the extensive wooded university grounds, in the grounds of Carton House (an old stately home, now a luxury hotel) and golf courses and along the Royal Canal greenway, all of which are within 10 minutes' walk of the apartment.
Excellent direct transport connections to Sligo (by train) and Galway (by bus) in the west of Ireland. Direct bu from Dublin airport.
