House in Teufen, Switzerland

We live in an typical home for this area. It was built in 1870. Since the renovation in 2010 the inside is completely new.
Basement floor: Garage for the bicycles and the car, heating system, music and office room and a storage room
Ground floor: toilet, warderobe, kitchen and living room, 2 terraces (north and south of the house)
First floor: bathroom with shower, toilet and bath, bedroom 1 and 2 from our the children, storage room
Second floor: office and masterbedroom
In front of the house is a small garden with salad and some vegetables. For the children we have a lot of toys inside and outside. Bicycles are ready to use.
We have a little wooden cottage on a campground in Krummenau in the region of "Toggenburg". You are free to use it as well. As we have two cats to feed, you would have to take them with you (they are used to it) or we ask our neighbours to take care of it.

We absolutely loved our time in Switzerland! The house is the perfect home base for exploring the area. There were so many things to see within a 45 min drive. The house suited us perfectly and Daniel and Rebekka were wonderful to deal with.
Nous avons passés un excellent séjour chez Daniel, Rebecca et leurs enfants. Leur maison est très jolie, propre, fonctionnelle et pratique, quartier paisible. Nous avons pu échanger régulièrement avec eux, ce qui nous a permis de passer de bonnes vacances à l'étranger. Concernant les activités nous avons pu faire de belles randonnées dans les montagnes, paysages magnifiques !!! Pour finir, nous avons retrouvés notre maison et notre voiture très propre a notre retour. Un très bon échange que nous conseillons! Sylvie, Bruno , Victor et Lucie.
De ruil is uiteindelijk niet doorgegaan wegens corona. Wel een duidelijke en vlotte communicatie met de familie.

Homeexchange - no better way of traveling
Rebekka and Daniel are both borne in 1981. We married 2007 and Micha was borne in the same year. Nora was borne in summer 2010.
We are both teachers. Daniel works in a secondary school as a music and theater teacher and Rebekka works in a primary school.
We have two cats living with us. They are called Miki and Chili. Miki is a two years old tomcat. In 2020 he had an accident and since than he lives with 3 legs. It can do everything like other cats. Chili is a one year old cat. They are playing a lot with each other. They can go in and out as they want. They often sleep inside the house.
We love music (Daniel plays the piano, guitar, trompet, scottish pipe,...), trips in the nature, good food, lazy Sundays, snowboarding and skiing in winter, swimming and hiking in summer, reading, sewing (just Rebekka) and lots more. We all love travelling and exploring other parts of the world. We hope to get to know you soon :-)
