Duplex in Terrassa, Spain

Duplex in Terrassa,
our home is 30Km away from Barcelona, in a 200.000 inhabitants city called Terrassa. The house is situated on the outskirts of Terrassa, and from one of the terraces of the house you can see Montserrat and other mountains of the surrounding. It is located in a fairly quite green area, connected by train to Barcelona in little more than half an hour. The train station is at 5 min walking from home.

The building of our home is only two floored, we live on the second one and we have only the neighbours downstairs. The building has elevator. Our home is a duplex, so it has two floors inside. The house has two terraces 20 square metres each one, one situated on the first floor and another on the second floor. On the first floor there are also two independent bedrooms, the kitcken and one bathroom, and on the second floor there is a big space we use as a bedroom and another bathroom with bathtube.

Vivmos en una ciudad a 30 km de Barcelona al lado de un parque natural que se puede ver desde la terraza de casa. La comunicacion con Barcelona es muy buena, ya que tenemos la estacion de tren a 5 minutos a pie y lleva directamente a Plaza Catalunya en Barcelona en 40 minutos.
Nuestro hogar es un duplex en una zona tranquila a las afueras de la ciudad con comunicacion directa a la autopista en menos de 5 minutos en coche. Para llegar al centro de la ciudad hay un paseo de unos 15/20 minutos a pie, aunque la zona esta bien comunicada tambien en tren (menos de 5 minutos) y autobuses o taxis.
A 10 minutos en coche te encuentras en pleno parque natural de Sant Llorenç i l'Obac. con multiples excursiones interesantes y que no requieren un nivel tecnico elevado, aptas para todos los publicos.
La playa queda a un poco mas de media hora en coche, al igual que la montaña de Montserrat, que se puede ver directamente desde la terraza de casa.
