We have one spacious house and one appartment. You can stay in both accommodation.
The Modern House near to Rennes city:
- Located in a calm environment and secure private domain. Golf course, Club House, Lakes, Forest & tennis court. Private parking. 2 min by car from shops and restaurant. Near to Rennes city and the airport. 1h from Dinard and Saint Malo (sea coast).
- An entrance opening onto a large living room and a dining room. Fully equipped open kitchen.
- A bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor.
- Two bedrooms upstairs with bathroom.
- We have two cats who can stay outdoor and be fed by my neighbors (they are used to go at their place)
The Appartment with sea view in Arzon (Golf du Morbihan), near Vannes city:
- On the Marina (shops, restaurants, boats), 5 min by walk from the beaches (3 different beaches very close and many others)
- 1h30 by car from our House
