For summer 2025 we would like to go not too far from Valencia. Spain and southern France (up to Bordeaux) are our favourite destinations but we are happy to be surprised! Possibly something with or near a pool or the sea, we have two very active 11-years old to tire every day! |

A nice suburban villa in the outskirt of Valencia
A cozy 4 bedrooms villa with garden and pool (and ping pong, trampoline and barbecue!) in a quite and green area just outside Valencia, well connected by roads and public transport. About 20 min from the center, some 30 min from the sea, also 1,30 hour from the snow (in the winter!) with much to explore, hike, eat and see. Valencia city is just the beginning.

About Our Family
We are a family of four: Ingrid (48), Carlo (56) and our twins Stella and Julius (11), we lived in Dubai for seven years and in the Netherlands for 14, we happily moved to Spain in the summer of 2024.
Lifestyle
Valencia! Does it needs an introduction? Best city where to live in the World in 2022 according to InterNation, Forbes and CNN.
But we live in the outskirt which is even better, in our humble opinion. Would you like to merge in a festive crowd? Take the metro and be there in 20 minutes. But then you will have the chance to wake up every morning to the sound of birds and not much else, bike around in a green surrounding and just enjoy the sun on the pool deck or in the garden.
The "pueblo" we live in has everything you need, from Supermarkets to pharmacies to a few shops, nearby you have Carrefour, Shopping malls, the river, the wood, truly a little bit of everything. You can reach the Malvarrosa beach (busies town sand spread) in less than half an hour with the car. Or you could go to El Saler and eat a paella on the Alboufera or in el Palmar. Or go olive oil hunting in Viver! The possibilities are truly endless, you even have Ibiza at 20 min of flight...
But Gandia and Alicante might just provide enough fun. Or Beniscassim and its international music festival, the biggest in Spain! We will be happy to help :)
